What is an escape game?
An escape game is a fun and collaborative in-person experience for a small group of friends. It is a combination of a scavanger hunt, interactive story and puzzle solving adventure. You will work together to find and solve the clues together to complete the story.
What is an outdoor escape game?
The clues will come from throughout the game area. You will visit public areas like parks, monuments, restaurants and more in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market. We think that breaking outside the walls of a traditional escape room lets us create exciting new experiences. Your group will have a blast playing the game while exploring the city together.
Is there a time limit?
No. Unlike traditional escape games, you won't run out of time. We want you to have fun exploring the story and the area.
Is the game private?

How many players can be in my group?
The games are designed for 2 or more players. If your group is larger than four, we can separate you into teams to race against each other.

Where do we meet?
Meet near Spy Escape is played in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.. Detailed instructions are included with your confirmation.
What should we bring?
Plan for a steady 60–75 minute city walk. Dress in layers and expect rain at any time—light jacket and comfortable shoes recommended. Summer is mild; winter can be cool and wet. Sidewalks and crossings keep footing predictable, and covered spots make quick rain breaks easy if the weather shifts.
For evening games, a fully charged phone (backup battery helpful) and a small flashlight are useful.
Parking or transit?
Light rail and bus access are convenient; garages near Pike and on the Hill work well. We'll share options and a map.
